Route 15, Route 2, Weaver Street
Whether entering Winooski from Route 15 from Essex or Route 2 from Colchester or traveling along Weaver st., speed limit is 25 and strictly enforced by cops stationary or moving. Anything over 30 is fair game and expensive. 43 mph on Weaver st cost over $230. Especially easy to exceed 30 on Route 15 after passing St. Mike’s college and cops are waiting.
