Route 2 (Eastbound) between Vine Street and Lost Nation Road.
One cop hangs out on the Stevens Ave bridge and calls ahead to cops at Lost Nation entrance ramp who will get you coming off of the freeway or as you pass the exit still on the freeway. This commonly happens on Suday mornings.
