This small city generates a LOT of revenue and misery passing out tickets for speeding and DUI'S. The WHOLE TOWN is a speeding and DUI trap. Richmond Va, Pop aprox 200,000 people give out aprox 250 DUI'S a year......Colonial Heights Va arrest over 400 people a year for DUI ALONE!!! and the population of this small town is less than 25,000 people.........there are a lot of restraunts that sell alcohol around southpark mall...............It seems like if you look at a beer in this town these Barney Fife wannabees will arrest you.

The smalll city has a hudge amount of people comming into this city and has a 0 tolerane policy (that you can read on some streets comming into the city) for DUI and if you could pull up some statistics on DUI related accidents you would find very few.Its simple,dont drink and drive.And less than half of those 400 dui arrest are not city residents.And if that causes misery just remember,you are the one driving the speeding car and DUI.
