Route 6: Rest Area Between Exits 6 & 8
Statey nailed the guy in front of me. It was somewhere between exits 6 & 8 in one of those pull over rest stops. Statey stepped into the middle of the highway and pointed at somebody. I was freaked out so do not remember exactly where it happened.
He was going about 75
