Route 8 After Highland Park Bridge (Washington Blvd.)
After exiting the Highland Park Bridge onto Rte. 8 (aka Washington Blvd), police occasionally have a trap set between the Highland Park Bridge and Highland Drive. An officer will time you after coming off the bridge and other officers will be waiting for you at the light at Highland Dr. to pull you off the road. This usually occurs a few times a year and is conducted during the late morning/early afternoon.
