Route 86 to Wilmington
Large rest area on the flat stretch. State Police are there daily, usually in the morning. Sometimes just one vehicle, but have seen up to 4 there at one time. Also, SP have random checkpoint here for seatbelts but check registration and inspection stickers, tires, etc. as well.
