Heading up Route 9 North right by the Carvel and the split to get onto south street the cops sit in the carvel parking lot and pick offenders off at will. They also go after people who try to jump ahead of cars by riding in the shoulder to make it to the South Street turn off. Bet the house that they will be waiting for you between 4-6pm.
