Routes 5 & 20 by Hobart & Wm Smith Colleges
The speed limit through here is 35 but eastbound you are going down a hill so it is very easy to get going way too fast without even realizing it. Also, the road is clear and wide enough to handle 45 easily. Local cops just LOVE this spot as there is a cozy little hiding spot – a parking lot next to a travel agency or on the other side of the road there is a driveway heading up to the college property that they can tuck out of sight and lie in wait!
