Royal Oaks Dr & Shiloh / E Spring Creek
A Motorcycle Cop sits in the housing development on the right (heading south bound) and uses laser radar to tag people from the stop light at Parker and Spring Creek heading south bound. The reason he picks this spot is the speed limit drops from 40mph on Spring Creek to 30mph as soon as you cross Parker rd. He is there most around rush hour in the evening. In the mornings he moves closer to the Methodist Church on Spring Creek.
