Rt. 1 Turnpike near Hanover Street
After the bridge crossing over the commuter rail heading towards/away from Newburyport on Rt. 1. Always sit at night with no lights on, usually in parking lot (Newbury Convience) or side of road. Will follow you down Rt. 1 if you look suspicious, they have nothing else to do.

"They have nothing else to do" I've gotten more drunks off the road at that location. This exchange is great because it promotes people to drive safely in these highly traveled areas of our small town. Who knows, maybe while I had "nothing better to do", I might have just saved your life getting a drunk off the road.
P.S. We only ticket at that location when you're 20+mph over the limit. So if you got one, you earned it.
