Rt 10 east and west bound, east side of Hopewell
Local police operate radar during commuting hours. Watch west bound when speed limit drops from 45 to 35 MPH. Cops sit in slight dip just after 35 MPH sign and before stop light. West bound they sit just over the crest of the hill approaching Bailey’s Creek bridge where the road is divided 4 lane but 45 MPH speed limit.
