Rt 10 S
After passing through the center of Goshen NH, approximately 3/4 on the right, across the street from the town cemetery, there is a turn-off.
Police Cruiser, usually State, sits there and waits for your speed (30) to increase as you leave town on Rt 10.
Spring and summer are the most vulnerable times.
