Rt. 113 near bottom of hill near church
Madison police have recently been hiding with lights off across from the Church near the bottom of the Rt. 113 hill (before the curve to the right)
This town used to have a good police chief, however, the new young rookies (2012) are out to collect violation fees for infractions such as touching a solid yellow line.
