Rt. 13 on South end of town
They regularly sit on either side of the road just before exiting the town headed south. It is 45 MPH and goes to the town’s mayor’s court and very hard to fight.

They also like to sit behide the resturant going North. They have a clear shot at you and you don't even see them until it's too late. Just watch as you drive thru this town!
