If your travelling east on US Rt 2 from Dixfield to Wilton (or beyond), The speed limit drops from 55mph to 35mph just at the crest of the hill about 100 yards before the Baptist church in East Dixfield. WPD is notorious for hiding in the woodline at the church or in the church parking lot out of your view. Dont try coasting into town, they have the perfect advantage from thier hiding spot and can put radar right on the speed limit sign. If your not doing 35 at the sign, they’ve got you! Seen it done toooo many times!!!
