Red light cameras activated and in use. Yellow lights average three seconds until red, and camera flashes immediately. If you are "stuck" in the intersection due to traffic, you will still get a ticket! If you go to court on it, you may be lucky and get a fine reduction, but you will pay something. Forget about the judge letting you off!
