This is a section of hybrid speed zones, from 35 mph to 55 mph, over a stretch of about 5 miles. Numerous hide-out spots for the police, raised slops by the roadside or intersections are the favorites. Local court has pretty "user friendly" plea bargain practice, whereby you get a chance to talk to the prosecutor before going in front of the judge. Takes 3 minutes to strike a deal with the prosecutor, but 3 hours in line, — a real pain.
