Marked or unmarked car faces the road from a church parking lot, mostly looking for bad inspection sticker, tinted windows, busted lights, etc.
Once a month, full-on police checkpoint roadblock at the CVS parking lot, looking for same from 10AM to 2PM. Police shakedown using state grant money, funded by unfortunate drivers.
