Rt 32 between 44 and 195
He sits in a little paved spot off the road in the mornings after/on a farm. I see him there at around 7 Am usually the day after he sits on 44 across from the Trailer park home. His car blends in with the trees that are right behind him and is hard to see from a distance. When coming from 44 the spot is on the left right before a hill that has(i believe) north eagleville road on it.
