Rt. 38 / Main St. across from 7-11
Like clockwork, just about every night, there is at least one (sometimes three or four) patrol cars sitting in the public parking lot across from 7-11. Most of the time, they are talking to each other with only parking lights on. If you try to drive by over 40, you’ll be nailed. If you look suspicious at 7-11, you’ll be followed.
