rt 40 between mlk. blvd and pulaski st Bypass
this is a short express way which bypasses all the traffic lights on franklin st(west bound) and mulbury st(east bound)its a 50 mph zone but 65 to 70 is comefortable. thepolice sit halfway down the road. most times they are in marked cruisers but iv seen them in undercover vehicles as well be carefull down there especialy at night and on weekends.

Alot of times the police are sitting in a marked car, but I have seen them sitting with the trunk open so that it looks like a stranded motorist. They stand in front of the car, and because the trunk is open you can't see them, and by the time you realize it's a police....it's too late.
