Rt 5 exit on I-91
Whether coming into town on rt 5, or getting off the I-91 where the two meet… You go down a clear and smooth downhill at 55, only to lose the right lane quickly, drop to 30 MPH within 20 feet of lane closure, and pass a seat belt sign, where just 15 feet from there on the left is a St. J PD car in the small parking lot of the auto mechanic garage. Not a chance if your doing 31+ MPH, they are merciless there.
