Rt. 52
This trap runs from city limit to city limit(about 3 miles). The speed drops from 60 to 55 on a stretch of road that looks the same as your already on. Then it drops to 50 as you get closer to the intersections of town. They ticket for 58.

Have seen Ohio Highway Patrol set-up just off of US 52 on Pond Run Road, which is across from the Beckjord powerplant where US 52 speed limit goes from 60 to 55mph. This is just a mile or two West (downriver/Cincinnati side )of New Richmond proper.
