Going north on RT 65 going towards the city of New Castle. They sit back in this parking lot of this business plaza called Park Place.You will pass a gas station on your right called 7 eleven. Then you proceed down this hill andthere is restaurant on your right is called Medures. They drive white Chevy Impalas and they ususally sit there between the hours of 12am to 5am. Going south on RT 65 you enter Shenago Township right at a city park called Cascade Park. You will also see a Bills Sandwich shop on your left The Speed Limit is posted as 35 MPH. This is not easily seen because the speed limit sign is very dirty and it does not show at night as speed limit signs should. If you encounter this area go the speed limit because the district justice is the former chief of police of Shenango Township. So basically youre found guilty. I have had this happen to me once before in the past and im really surprised this hasnt been listed on here before.
