Both north- and south-bound Rt. 83 about 1/8 mile south of St. Charles Rd, Villa Park/Elmhurst area. Typically an unmarked (black) police car radaring in this 45mph zone. The speed at this point changes from 55 to 45. Any more than 5mph over, and you’re likely to get nailed. Also, I have seen (at least twice) police waiting on a bike-path bridge above Rt. 83 with radar. They nail you, then radio your info to a squad sitting a couple hundred feet down the road where you cannot see normally see them.
