Rte. 65, ramps between stadiums and 4-lane Ohio River Boulevard
These lanes are essentially highways, two lanes each direction, limited access, on separated and elevated ramps across the North Shore. Most traffic routinely travels 55-65 mph, but the posted limit is 40 mph.
