Rte. 83. East Clintwood from Dickenson Cleaners to top of the hill
The town of Clintwood changes the speed limit in the outlying areas from 25 to 35 and back again at least once a year it seems. A trooper usually waits near the Dickenson Cleaners or at the top of the hill. This is just one area of the town where this occurs. Other areas include Rte. 83 West Clintwood and Brush Creek Road.
