Ruby North Street
during weekday AM rush hour they have ruby steet covered from where Division turns into Rudy for northbound traffic up to about Indiana (but heaviest in the sharp to mission area). ussually 2 motorcycle cops but somtimes cruisers. units are ussually hidden in alleys or in building parking lots hidden from oncoming traffic.

They will often sit in the alley behind the business at the southeast corner of Garland and Division in the early morning and during the morning commute.
