Rushmore Drive
Coming down Mt Rushmore Drive (Hwy 16) from the South, the limit changes from 65 to 35 about 1/2 mile from overpass. Also watch your speed on Us 16 about 8 miles South of Rapid City near the Blackhills RV.

1) It's called Mt. Rushmore Road.
2) The speed limit changes from 60 to 50 by the Lazy J Campground, and you can get stung there.
3) It then switches from 50 to 35 just up the hill from the Overpass
4) 6 Miles south of Rapid City is Reptile Gardens, where cops like to sit in the median and tag people.
5) Black Hills RV no longer exists, and hasn't for quite some time, and was around 10 miles from Rapid City.
My only problem with this post is the inaccuracy of the information.
