Russell St. @ Cedar St.
The Police constantly park on the one way ( Cedar St.) facing the wrong way watching traffic on Russell St. right beside St. Spyidon Cathedral at Elm Park. It is easy to go over the 25 mph limit because it is nice and straight and flat.
