Old Camplain Rd. does not come into Manville. Camplain Rd. does,which is 35 mph in Hillsboro, entering Manville at 21st Ave, the speed limi is 25 mph.., if the cop is at 15 Ave and catches you that means you have been speeding for 6 blocks in a residential zone...
