Motorcycle officer waits in entrance to restricted community on south side of street for eastbound offenders of this 30MPH zone to round bend in road, east of 17th Ave. S. Typical traffic flow is around 40MPH. Stopped motorists are generally hidden from view, as Federal Way Park and Ride entrance is about 200 feet from trap.
