S Eastern between I-240 and 27th st going into Moore
After widening eastern from a 2 lane road to a 4 lane going south into Moore, The speed limit on the new 4 lane road was dropped from being 55 mph on the old 2 lane road, down to 45 mph. Most police sit on the north side of new road between i-240 and 89th before going into Moore proper which is actually in oklahoma city.
