The speed limit is 30 MPH and city cops will pull into the driveway of the empty house at the top of the hill and run radar. Because of the shrubbery you can’t see these officers until you are right there. Further down the street, where FR 193 is joined by Summit, there is a privacy fence that runs along 193 and hides Summit until you are right at it. A city cop likes to sit back behind the fence with radar.
