S. George Mason Drive near S. Dinwiddie Street
Traveling north on South George Mason after the light after Route 7 there is a steep downhill slope. The speed limit is like 35 and the hill is so steep you basically have to ride the brake all the way down to keep the car from accelerating above the limit. I saw them pull a Taxi over for going 5 mph above. Two years ago I used to take this route to work every day and almost every morning and noontime they were out there pulling folks over. Sometimes with marked cars, sometimes unmarked cars, sometimes motorcycle cops. They would parallel park the cars/bikes to hide them. On occasion, when they figured people got too smart they would move the trap up to the bend just before Four Mile Run and shoot people coming around the bend, just to keep you alert.
