The Germantown Police wait up the driveway of a demolished house on the southeast corner of Stout Road for people coming down Stout crossing S. Germantown Road. They are covered by trees and the fact that there is a driveway there at all since the house is long gone. Rush hour is a favorite time at the beginning and end of the month.
