Usually in the afternoon around 3:00 when classes from John A. Logan College let out, sometimes a cop will sit in the bicycle lane on the side of the road and clock people’s speed as they come up over the hill. Speed limit is 30, I got pulled over for going 38 and I was moving with the rest of the traffic.
