South Rockwood PD enforces speed and seatbelts on the expressway and s huron river dr at the same time. They are using hand held lasers. The officer that clocks you, is Not in a vehicle, so you dont see him!

This is exactly where I got my ticket. I know about ten other people who have gotten one in the same exact spot.
10/2010 South Rockwood is still active in this area. Really bad when the construction was going on and the zone ended there. They would pick people off as it came back to three lanes from two and it was still technically sixty but people were picking up speed.
Used to have a gay police chief till he shot one of his pick-ups that tried to rob him. Must be under new management now.
