TPD (usually on motorbikes) will sit out on the side with laser and clock those coming down the hill which usually naturally increases speed, road is a 35mph zone but flow of traffic is usually 45

This area is adjacent to the capitol buildings for the State of Florida. Traffic is horrendous for the beehive of small streets that interface with this area. While Monroe is a wide open thoroughfare, caution is needed most in this area. Tallahassee's lack of street planning is evident and lower speed limits are reasonable here. Blame the City for poor planning to have created so many of these dangerous driving areas. Tallahassee is the largest country town in America. It is as if no one planned for the Capitol to be established here and have tried to improve roads only in the last 15-20 yrs. Some areas are hopelessly fraught with small streets unable to accommodate increased traffic trying to find quicker and shorter ways to workplaces. There will always be increased radar in these areas due to citizen complaints.
