S Patrick Street near Duke Street
On the right side of northbound Patrick St (US1), there is an entrance to a parking lot, right before the intersection with Duke St. Usually 2 or 3 police on motorcycles catch traffic entering Old Town from points south (this is a MAJOR commuter route, and connects to the Beltway). The speed limit in Old Town becomes 25, which is completely absurd for the three-lane Patrick Street. Watch out!
