All this is, is a way to make money. They should lay off all of the police except one partime to sign the tickets and then they could see a real increase in money.

I agree this is a speed trap. My husband & I have been driving for 49 years each during which he received 1 speeding ticket 20 yrs ago. Now after visiting his mother for her 85th birthday we get a speeding Violation from Huntingdon, evidently speed limit drops from 55 to 45 & we were caught on camera "violating" at 56. Sure its an easy way to make money for the town, who is going to travel 600 miles to contest a $50.00 ticket? We may not be able to avoid driving thru Huntingdon but we sure won't be spending any money there!

S Veterans Dr @ Cotham Dr I received a $50 ticket in the mail for 53 mph in 45 mph zone. I try very hard to watch my speed in towns, but missed this one. This location is open highway, and 45 mph is unreasonable. Definitely a revenue speed trap.
