Arlington police vehicle usually out of sight on S. Dinwiddie St. about 50 ft inside Arlington near juncture of Arlington/Alexandria/Fairfax County. Usually uses a hand-held lidar. Targets southbound vehicles. 30 MPH speed increases to 35 when entering Alexandria even though road characteristics are essentially the same. When present, it is usually during the day. End-of-month is more common.
