SAHARA BLVD JUST BEFORE LAS VEGAS BLVD
AS I CAME OVER THE BRIDGE HE WAS WAITING ON THE LITTLE STREET AT THE BOTTOM. I WAS EXPLAINED THAT THEY ARE OUT THERE ALL DAY LONG JUST GIVING OUT TICKETS TO KEEP PEOPLE SAFE. (really?) BUT NICE COP ANYWAYS. WROTE TICKET FAST SO I COULD STILL GET TO WORK ON TIME. ( not speeding at all though)

Looks like the LVPD revenue collections officer is PISSED his little revenue collection hiding spots are being exposed, deal with it revenue thief!
