Saint Vincent de Paul School, Spring Lane, Holladay Utah
An officer likes to park in the Saint Vincent de Paul School parking lot and tag people coming around a corner going west. Spring Lane is between Highland Drive and 1300 East. The turn is by the east entrance to the Sandpiper Apartments. The officer routinely confuses people passing by the Sandpiper Apartments which are speeding for the people exiting the apartment complex.
