I am only commenting on this location because I know it to be true. I live out here and drive past the cops that patrol the are and they do sit in the dark on the bend or at the F/S station behind big propane tanks. Also they sit in the Laddawns parking lot and chat with eachother. I live right across from there and watch them all the time.
