Salem Road between Lynnhaven Pkwy & Ferrell Pkwy
Speed limit is 45 mph except for a small strip in front of the set back park (small park, big field). It is 35 mph on this stretch for no apparent reason. Park doesn’t not really front the street. Have seen numerous traffic stops here.

Definitely a speed trap. The cops like to park in two places: in the U-turn lane right after the park parking lot or if you're heading towards PA road, they will be on the right side behind the little bush where the concrete driveway/light pole is.
This is a big speed trap, the police like to sit in the neighborhood right around where the speed limit changes and the speed limit actually needs to be changed down to 30 in the 35 section to help those turn out of the neighborhood.
