Cop car hides behind the big Rehab station sign during the morning time where there is no traffic. Also motorcycle cop or cop car hides in the Yamat Librara DDS entryway during closed office hours.

Again this is not a speed trap. If you are speeding, the speed limit on San Bruno Ave West of El Camino is 35mph and 25mph East of El Camino, then slow down. A speed trap is where they suddenly lower the speed limit to catch you before you can react not just a cop giving you a speeding ticket because you were speeding all the way down the street!
