San Jacinto and McGowen
they sit on San Jacinto in vacant parking lots, and hide behind the trees while driving towards downtown on San Jacinto going past Elgin. Speed is 30 MPH on San Jacinto, and (even though the @$#(%*!#$ city bus does 50), i see cars getting popped almost daily.
