San Vicente Boulevard near 26th Street
There are two things you are guaranteed as you head east from the ocean towards Brentwood: joggers and motorcycle cops. They are hanging out on side streets pretty much all the way up and down San Vicente in this area. They vary it up to keep you off guard. They especially like to get drivers heading west as they go downhill and pick up speed past Bundy.
