Sandy Spring Road near Food Lion Grocery Store
On Sandy Spring Road, officers hide behind the back of the Food Lion and point radar at cars coming from downtown Laurel (Rt. 216) area. Then they walk out in the middle of the road to flag you down. Speed limit is only 25 mph – they will pull you over for anything over 30mph.
